Latin name: Coriandrum sativum. Plant 6" apart in full sun in rich, well-drained soil. Grows 12-18" in height and 2" wide. This herbaceous annual's leaves and flowers are used in cooking. Prune cilantro frequently to help delay bolting and prolong harvesting.
