Latin name: Mirabilis jalapa. Plant 2' apart in full sun in well-drained, loamy soil. Tolerates drought. Grows 3' in height and 2' wide with 2" blooms from early summer to fall. This beautiful annual ornamental has trumpet-shaped blooms that open late in the day, hence their name.
